Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

ExplainThisCode is committed to making our AI code explanation service usable for as many people as possible. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical and continue improving keyboard navigation, screen reader support, color contrast, and clear focus states across the product.

What we support today

• Keyboard-accessible navigation and form controls on core flows
• Semantic HTML landmarks and labelled interactive elements
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences in animations
• Cookie and analytics consent before optional tracking loads
• AI-generated explanations labelled as machine output

Known limitations

Code editors and syntax-highlighted output can be challenging for assistive technologies. We are working on better structure for explanation output and editor regions. Some marketing visuals use decorative gradients that do not convey essential information.
